2017 ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting

The American Bar Association’s Business Law Sections hosts the annual spring meeting from April 6 to 8, 2017 in New Orleans, La. Morris Nichols attorneys will participate in speaking roles at the conference, sharing insights on developments in LLCs, private equity and venture capital, and M&A.

On Thursday, April 6, Rick Alexander serves as a panelist in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee session on “Impact Investing.”

The following day, Rick and Patricia Vella will speak in the Corporate Laws Committee program.

Also on Friday, April 7, Morris Nichols partner Lou Hering will speak in the LLC’s Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities committee’s LLC Case Law Update.
