2015 TMA Annual

From October 5-7, 2015, the Turnaround Management Association hosts its annual conference in Scottsdale, Ariz. Morris Nichols partner Derek C. Abbott will participate in the panel discussion, “Keips, Kerps, Retentions and Other Compensation Packages: A Turnaround Manager's Tool Kit” on October 6. Speakers will explore the various tools available to a turnaround manager to incent and retain management and employees through a turnaround, bankruptcy or liquidation.
