2015 Delaware Trust Conference

Morris Nichols is a silver sponsor of the tenth annual Delaware Trust Conference from October 26 to 27, 2015 in Wilmington, Del. Hosted by the Delaware Bankers Association, the event draws top trust, legal, and wealth management professionals to discuss Delaware trust developments.

On October 26, Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher will speak in the session, “Recent Developments in Federal Case Law, Regulations, and Delaware Trust Law.” Todd will also participate in a “Recent Developments” Q&A panel on Tuesday afternoon.

Firm partner Tom Pulsifer participates in the panel discussion, “Case Studies in Ethical Behavior—Keeping the Vintage from Turning Sour” on October 27. The group will explore ethical issues related to self-settled asset protection trusts, directed trusts, Delaware’s pre-mortem validation statute, quiet trusts, and decanting.
