2014 Delaware Trust Conference

On Day 1, Flubacher will participate in the panel discussion “Change of Trust Situs and Trust Modifications - Decanting, Non-Judicial Settlement Agreements, Mergers, Administrative Amendment or Court Petition.” The session will analyze methods best-suited for moving a trust into Delaware and/or modifying the trust under certain fact patterns, taking into consideration inherent risks, concerns, documentation, tax consequences, costs and timing.
On Day 2, Kimberly Gill McKinnon will participate in an interactive discussion on “Statutory Trusts: Alternative Uses” exploring the differences between statutory and common law trusts.
