15th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference

Morris Nichols is a sponsor of the 15th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference on February 22, 2019 in New York City. Wharton School hosts the largest restructuring and distressed investing-focused school-run conference in the United States. From the Plaza Hotel, the conference will focus on the theme, “Brave New World: Preparing for Uncertainty”, with keynote speakers and panelists discussing the current economic climate and issues of debt, investing, and restructuring across the globe.

Morris Nichols associate Matt Harvey will participate in the afternoon panel on “Key Issues for Strategic Planning in Cross-Border Restructurings.” Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP will lead a discussion on key issues that arise in preparing for and conducting complex chapter 11 cases of companies with major operations and affiliates that span multiple jurisdictions.
