14th Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference
The Wharton School hosts its annual forum on restructuring and distressed investing on February 23, 2018. Focusing on the theme, “Peering Over the Edge: Investing in a Mature Credit Cycle,” this year’s conference will welcome leading practitioners, academics and students.
Morris Nichols partner Rob Dehney will speak on the “Chapter 11 Cases of Multinational Businesses” panel. The session will explore obstacles and solutions for reorganizations involving debtors with operations covering multiple jurisdictions.
