13th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference
On February 24, 2017, the Wharton School hosts the largest restructuring and distressed investing-focused school-run conference in the United States. From the Plaza Hotel in New York City, the 13th annual conference will focus on the theme, “Positioning for a Maturing Credit Cycle”, with keynote speakers and panelists discussing the current economic climate and issues of debt, investing, and restructuring across the globe.
Morris Nichols partner Rob Dehney will participate in the afternoon panel on legal restructuring, led by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Panelists will discuss strategies to exit administratively insolvent Chapter 11 cases.
