12th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference
On February 26, 2016, the Wharton School hosts the largest restructuring and distressed investing-focused school-run conference in the United States. From the Plaza Hotel in New York City, the 12th annual conference will focus on the theme, “Finding Opportunity in a Volatile World”, with keynote speakers and panelists discussing the current economic climate and issues of debt, investing, and restructuring across the globe.
Morris Nichols partner Rob Dehney will participate in the afternoon panel discussion on legal restructuring, led by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Panelists will explore the current market dynamics and legal issues affecting the oil and gas industry, which has seen a steep increase in the number of firms encountering financial distress in the past year due to sinking oil prices.
