10th Corporate Governance International Summit

Morris Nichols partner John P. DiTomo has been invited to speak at the 10th Corporate Governance International Summit sponsored by the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association from Nov. 11 to 14, 2014.

John’s practice focuses on litigation concerning mergers and acquisitions and other commercial disputes brought in state and federal courts, and he has worked on such matters as the Men’s Wearhouse’s $1.8 billion buyout offer to acquire Jos. A. Bank, Air Products’ $7 billion takeover attempt of Airgas, the Bear Stearns’ merger with JPMorgan, and Caremark Rx, Inc.’s $27 billion merger with CVS Corporation.
